For years, leaders across Europe have been praying, dreaming, and asking one big question together: How do we plant more life-giving churches that can reach this continent with the gospel?
Conversations began in coffee shops, Zoom calls, and at ARC conferences, as a growing number of leaders across Ireland, Great Britain, and mainland Europe sensed God stirring something new. The need was obvious. The desire was shared. But the “how” remained uncertain.
Over the last few years, a small group of European leaders have made the trip across the Atlantic to attend the ARC Conference in the United States. What they encountered was more than just a playbook for planting churches—it was a family. A tribe of like minded leaders, unified by a vision to see the Gospel move through healthy, thriving, Spirit-led churches. As one leader put it, “It felt like we weren’t alone anymore. We had found our people.”
Over time, ARC Ireland and ARC Great Britain each launched their own national networks, planting churches and raising up leaders in their regions. But as the movement continued to grow, with church plants all over Europe, it became clear that a united approach was needed—one that could reflect the diversity of Europe while speaking with one voice. In a beautiful display of humility and shared vision, both networks laid down their individual identities and came together to form ARC Europe.
Today, ARC Europe exists to help leaders from every corner of the continent launch and lead thriving, life-giving churches. We believe the local church is still the hope of the world—and that Europe’s best days are still ahead.
We’re building something that goes beyond borders, denominations, and languages. This is a family committed to the Great Commission and the power of partnership. We won’t stop until every nation, every city, and every community across Europe has access to a life-giving church.
